Grown:
The Roussanne was grown at Belgravia vineyard in Orange NSW, whilst the Marsanne was sourced from Angullong vineyard in the Central Ranges in NSW. The Viognier grapes were grown at Angullong and on Bimbadgen’s own McDonalds Road vineyard in the Hunter Valley.

Picked:
Viognier was picked first, followed by the Marsanne and then the Roussanne.

Made:
Roussanne: clarified juice inoculated with yeast and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures.
Marsanne: clarified juice inoculated with aromatic yeast to retain floral attributes and cool fermented in stainless steel.
Viognier: was cool fermented to retain the fruit aromatics, but also kept on yeast lees to enhance texture and add creamy yeast characters.

Appearance:
Medium straw, vibrant.

Aroma:
Savoury, almond meal with lemon citrus and honeysuckle.

Palate:
Savoury flavours along with almond meal and citrus notes. Finishes warm and with tangy fruit acids.

Drink now whilst young and fresh.
