This 2010 MCA Shiraz is a blend from two of New South Wales' finest Shiraz growing regions, Hilltops and the Hunter Valley. It combines the best of both regions to create an elegant, savoury yet generous fruit driven wine. The nose is very pretty with dark plums and liquorice combined with a sweet vanillin lift. The palate has good fruit presence with firm structural tannins and some cedar spices on the finish.
