  • Grown:
    Grown predominantly at Bimbadgen’s Myall Road vineyard, Yenda, in South East Australia. The vineyard comprises 100 acres of premium grapes, and was planted using the most up to date laser levelling techniques with drip irrigation and modern trellising design ensuring quality yields suitable for premium wine production.
  • Made:
    Made entirely from the secondary fermentation of semillon grapes using the charmat tank fermentation method, the juice was cold fermented and kept in stainless steel storage to retain maximum fruit flavours.
  • Bottled:
    As a non vintage blend it is bottled two to three times during each calendar year.
  • Analysis:
    Alcohol: 12.5 % T/A: 6.72 g/L pH: 3.13
  • Appearance:
    Medium to full yellow green, with fine to medium bead.
  • Aroma:
    Highly aromatic bouquet with citrus and lime overtones.
  • Palate:
    The palate is elegant with plenty of tangy fruit flavours and some richness from the small amount of residual sweetness retained in the wine after the secondary fermentation process.
  • Cellaring:
    Enjoy whilst young and fresh over the next two years.
