Barrel Tasting and Esca Lunch

Saturday 5th July

TIME: 11am

Educate your palate, sampling direct from tanks and barrels as you tour the Bimbadgen Winery with Simon Thistlewood Bimbadgen's Chief Winemaker. Follow this with a four course degustation style menu in the private dining room of Esca Bimbadgen.

Bimbadgen Blues 2008

6 September 2008

TIME: 11am - 5pm

Now in its 9^th year, Bimbadgen Blues is stamping its mark on the Australian event scene with 4,000 people expected to attend the one-day, six-hour festival this September 6th. Held at the picturesque Bimbadgen Estate, the line-up has now been finalised with headline acts Josh Pyke, Chain, Dallas Frasca and her Gentleman, Mojo Webb, Marshall and the Fro, Paul Greene, Johnny Green’s Blues Cowboys and Christina Crofts all set to perform.

Melbourne Winemakers Lunch

Saturday 19th July

TIME: 12.30pm

This July join a Bimbadgen Winemaker for a delicious lunch at Water and Grass Restaurant, located in the heart of Melbourne. Enjoy three exquistely prepared courses matched with some of Bimbadgen's finest wines. Water and Grass restaurant offers fine dining in picturesque surrounding and an ideal location.

MCA Tour - 16th Biennale of Sydney

Wednesday 23rd July

TIME: 5.30pm

The Biennale is Australia's largest festival of contemporary art. Up and coming Australia artist display their artwork throughout Sydney alongside many international works. This is a display not to be missed by any art lover.

Winemaking Team in Cellar Door

Saturday 23rd August

TIME: Between 10am- 3pm

Enjoy a Cellar Door experience to boast about! Join a Member of the Bimbadgen winemaking team for a tasting in the Members Private Tasting Room.

Bimbadgen's Wine Blending Challenge

Saturday 30th August

TIME: 5pm

Join team Bimbadgen as we guide you through the art of blending your own wine. Get your friends together and take on the challenge! It's fun, educational, and appropriate for anyone of legal drinking age!!

Newcastle Winemakers Dinner

Friday 5th September

TIME: 7pm

This year's Newcastle Members Dinner will be hosted by the historical Bacchus Restaurant on King Street. Head Chef Juan Hernandez has designed 3 courses that have been matched with some of your favourite Bimbadgen wines.

Brisbane Winemakers Dinner

Saturday 20th September

TIME: 7pm

Enjoy a three course meal flawlessly matached to some of your favourite Bimbadgen wines. This years Brisbane dinner will be hosted by Brents restaurant, which offers a fine french-influenced modern Australian menu, personally developed by their head chef Brent Farrell.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Tour - 17th Primavera

Wednesday 22nd October

TIME: 5.30pm

Celebrating the achievements of Young Australian artist, Primavera 2008 profiles the work of serveral emerging artists, from across the nation, working in a range of 2D, 3D and time-based media. Primavera is credited with launching the careers of many emerging artists.

Italian Wine Educational

Barbera is an Italian variety. Some of you know this, but what else do you know about this grape? And what other Italian grape varieties do you know? If the answer is nothing and none then you can't afford to miss this opportunity to attend our Italian wine workshop.
