The Executive Chef Bradley Teale is formerly of Gekko's at the Sheraton on the Park Sydney, Sheraton Hotel Port Douglas, and the Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Terrigal. His first position as head chef was at the Award winning Armstrong's Restaurant in North Sydney. From his extensive travels through Europe, South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East, gaining much knowledge of other styles and influences, Bradley has created a standard of dining unseen in the Hunter Valley.
