The grapes for this Riesling were grown and harvested from the N.S.W.cool climate region of Orange, the ideal climate for aromatic white wines. This Riesling displays lifted aromas of mandarin peel and grapefruit. The grapefruit sweetness is carried onto the palate and balanced by a taut refreshing line of lime acidity. A wine that is lively and zesty when consumed young and, if aged, will mature and develop its flavours even further.
The grapes for this Tempranillo were grown and harvested from the Central Ranges Region in NSW. This Tempranillo has lifted, red fruit aromatics with vanillin oak spice. The palate is full and robust, built with dark blackberries encased in a charred oak lining and held together with firm tannins. A bold wine that is suited to drinking now, or has the ability to develop into something special. Please don’t be shy.
This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Orange wine region of NSW. Half this wine has spent five months in old and new French barriques, giving it a hint of oak character - or as the French refer to it 'Fume'. This subtle oak is perfectly balanced by ripe tropical passionfruit and guava with a grapefruit acidity giving the wine a long and refreshing citrus finish.
A new variety for the Hunter Valley that originated in southern Italy. A robust wine with aromas of white flowers, citrus and celery salt spice. The palate is fresh citrus and crisp apple with a little white pepper spice. Flavoursome varietal tannins give structure and carry the fruit flavours along the palate.
