Executive Chef Nick Samaras has fond memories of his time at Bimbadgen as an apprentice some 15 years ago.

One memory which stands out is very popular and often sell-out Duck Degustation’s held during his time here.

You will be treated to a drink on arrival and 4 courses, expertly matched with Bimbadgen wines.

The night will also feature acoustic entertainment by Prahlad Little.
