To celebrate 2019, Esca Bimbadgen is hosting a ‘Best Of’ 6 Course Degustation with Sparkling wine arrival. Enjoy the best 6 dishes from our 2019 seasonal menus to the sounds of Nathan Cole.

With something for everyone, you can also join us in our Pizzeria. Sit back with a glass of wine and your favourite slice of pizza as you enjoy live music from Tourmaline from 5pm – Midnight.

Bookings are essential for both our Pizzeria and Esca Bimbadgen on New Years Eve.

Nick Samaras, Esca Bimbadgen Executive Chef and his team have curated a menu featuring the best 6 dishes from our 2019 Seasonal Menus. A not to be missed dinner showcasing Nick’s passion for the Hunter Valley and the abundance of local produce at our doorstep.

Esca Bimbadgen guests will also enjoy entertainment by Nathan Cole.

Bimbadgen Wood Fire Pizza

Enjoy your New Years Eve relaxing in our Tuscan inspired courtyard with a glass of wine and take in the spectacular view from under the shade of our vine-covered pergola.

There will also be live music by Tourmaline from 5pm – Midnight so you can pop your dancing shoes on after dinner!

Available for dine-in and take away from 12pm till late.
Bookings for our Pizzeria will be essential from 4pm on New Years Eve.
