We are excited to invite you, as a valued Club Bimbadgen Member, to join Winemaker Richard Done and his team at an intimate
Winter Edition Members Dinner.

For this exclusive Dinner, we will be heading to our breath-taking
Palmers Lane Property situated in the heart of Pokolbin. You will be welcomed with a glass of Bimbadgen bubbles or a gin & tonic, made with our very own, Freshwater Spirits Gin. Together, with a drink in hand we will celebrate being able to host our members for the first time in 2 long years. Hip Hip Hooray!

Along with liquid refreshments you will enjoy canapés by the fire as well as live music from local artist Patrick McMahon. You’ll then be spoiled with a three-course dinner created by our own Executive Chef, Mark Marshall. Together, Richard and Mark have worked hard to design a delicious menu for the evening, pairing both the very best of food and wine. Over dinner, Richard will share both current and previous vintages, as well as members only offers on the night.
