Winter ‘Meet the Makers’ Lunch

As part of the 2021 Hunter Valley Food and Wine Festival, join us for a lazy long wine lunch in Esca restaurant hosted by our Chief Wine Maker – Richard Done, and Assistant Winemaker – Sam Boyd.
Arrive to fireside canapes and vintage Blanc de Blancs before enjoying a behind the scenes look through the winery and discussion on the 2021 Vintage. Guests will then head to Esca restaurant for a 5 course degustation menu carefully crafted by Executive Chef Nick Samaras.
Lunch will be matched to a series of back vintage wines and private releases. Guests can enjoy a Q&A session with the wine team and will have access to purchase these special wines on the day that are not normally for sale.
