Palmers Lane is such a stunning Vineyard to grow grapes and make wine from. With the vibes roots encompassed by limestone, these wines are highly perfumed and gorgeously silky. A wine for all occasions. Delicious!
2022 Halliday Wine Companion Review
As better producers shift to the lighter luncheon ‘Hunter River Burgundy’ style that made the region’s red wine repute, this remains ripe. Plump. Modern. Full. And yet, despite the alcohol and sweet and spicy plummy richness, it is still, somehow, embedded with a savoury regional framework. Miraculous, perhaps. But the drinking is good.
