2021 being a milder year than we would usually experience, this Palmers Lane Semillon fruit was looking pristine with perfect chemistry. This was an exciting indication for what was to come and was certainly the case once the juice was in tank and throughout its fermentation. Showing great structure and poise, this wine will no doubt showcase the best of its site and the year.
