Signature Experience – $20

Bimbadgen is custodian to two very special 50 year old vineyards that truly showcase their sense of place. We have created a range of Single Vineyard wines to specifically illustrate just how important the soil type of each vineyards are. Our Signature Range represents the extraordinary, hand selected parcels of fruit treated individually in the best barrels, built to age gracefully.

Enjoy tasting each of the Single Vineyard wines express themselves in the glass, alongside the hand selected Single Vineyard parcels.

Our sparkling range is all about fun, placing an innovative twist to the classic Hunter Valley varietals. Sample a mix of different sparkling & sweet wines from our range. To round out the tasting, enjoy a delicious  sweet treat from a local Chocolatier, Hunter Valley Chocolate Company.

Grower’s Experience – $10

Our Growers Range represent the relationships the estate has with premium local wine growers across the valley, showcasing a range of delicious classics and alternate varieties.

Taste a mix of wines from traditional Hunter Valley varieties to newer emerging varieties that are now being grown here in the Hunter Valley. Sample a little bit of everything, White’s, Rosé and Reds.
