A Golden Weekend for Bimbadgen: Four Trophies Across Two Prestigious Shows

Bimbadgen is proud to celebrate an extraordinary weekend of success, taking home four Trophies across two renowned wine shows: the Hunter Boutique Wine Show and the Global Fine Wine Challenge.

Together, these results not only shine a spotlight on the strength of our estate vineyards but also reaffirms Bimbadgen’s place on both the regional and international stage.

2025 Hunter Boutique Wine Show Triumphs

The Hunter Boutique Wine Show, dedicated to Hunter Valley wineries and vineyards producing under 350 crushed tonnes, saw Bimbadgen awarded three Trophies.

2024 Palmers Lane Single Vineyard Semillon – TROPHY and Top Gold (96 points) in Class 16 2024 Semillon
Judges described the class as “solid from a warm year, with the top wines showing two classic takes on the regional champion.”
This same Palmers Lane Semillon has already been recognised with the Karl Stockhausen TROPHY for Best One Year Semillon at the 2025 PKF Hunter Valley Wine Show.

2024 Single Vineyard McDonalds Road Semillon – Gold (95 points)

2024 Growers Vermentino – TROPHY and Top Gold (96 points) in Class19 2024 Dry White Other Varieties & Blends
Praised by judges as “bright, pure, balanced wines rewarded” in an otherwise challenging class.

Global Fine Wine Challenge Recognition

On the international stage, Bimbadgen was honoured with a TROPHY at the 2025 Global Fine Wine Challenge, a competition showcasing the best of New World wine regions including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and South Africa.

The Signature 2014 Palmers Lane Semillon triumphed in the Best Non-Aromatic White category, a result that saw Hunter Valley Semillon shine against a field of exceptional global entries.

This accolade adds to an impressive list of awards for this particular wine, including:
Best White Wine – 2024 NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show
Best Old Semillon – 2024 NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show
Len Evans Trophy for Best Single Vineyard White – 2023 Hunter Valley Wine Show

Social Club terms and conditions

I acknowledge that the Bimbadgen Social Club one (1) year membership will be automatically renewed and charged on the renewal date unless otherwise stated. A $40 fee will be charged to the card supplied upon joining. The membership fee is non-refundable if cancelled within the membership year.

The Social Club does not include regular automated deliveries like our other clubs. Upon purchasing the one-year membership, you will receive a coupon for one (1) free bottle of Sparkling Semillon. This offer can only be redeemed online. The coupon code may take up to one week to be emailed to you.

I understand that Bimbadgen reserves the right to discontinue this membership program or alter its terms in the future, including changes to the cost of the membership and/or freight charges. Members will be notified in writing of any such changes. I agree to notify Bimbadgen in writing if I wish to cancel my membership at any time after the minimum membership commitment has passed.

I acknowledge that I have received a copy of these terms and conditions to retain. I certify thatI am over 18 years of age.

By providing my contact details, I acknowledge and agree to receive emails, SMS, and phone calls about Bimbadgen Estate Pty Ltd offers, events, and promotions from Bimbadgen and its agents. Wine Society terms and conditions

I acknowledge that membership in the Bimbadgen Wine Society requires a minimum commitment of one (1) year, during which I agree to purchase two (2) x 12-bottle cases of wine per year from Bimbadgen’s range, delivered in March and September.

I authorise Bimbadgen to debit the credit card supplied during each of the allocation months listed above. If I do not make my personal wine selection by the requested date specified in the allocation notification email, I agree to be charged $231 and to receive the Seasonal Winemaker’s Pack.

I acknowledge that Bimbadgen will notify me of the charge date via email prior to each allocation month.

I understand that Bimbadgen reserves the right to discontinue this membership program or alter its terms at any time, including changes to wine pricing and/or freight charges. Members will be notified in writing of any such changes.

I agree to notify Bimbadgen in writing should I wish to cancel my membership, at any time after the minimum membership commitment has passed.

I acknowledge that I have been provided with a copy of these terms and conditions for my records. I certify that I am over 18 years of age.
