Immerse yourself in the charm of the Hunter Valley during Winter, when the vines are dormant, but the atmosphere of new release wines thrive! Join Chief Winemaker, Richard Done, and the Bimbadgen team at our Palmers Lane venue to celebrate and enjoy the release of the first Signature Chardonnay since 2013 and our new vintages of our Palmers Lane and McDonalds Road Shiraz.

Why is it a big deal? Well, our Signature range is only ever produced and bottled when our finest parcels of fruit are so exceptionally outstanding, it lends itself to our utmost top tier of wines. Known as the créme de la créme of our Bimbadgen wine range.

Social Club terms and conditions

I acknowledge that the Bimbadgen Social Club one (1) year membership will be automatically renewed and charged on the renewal date unless otherwise stated. A $40 fee will be charged to the card supplied upon joining. The membership fee is non-refundable if cancelled within the membership year.

The Social Club does not include regular automated deliveries like our other clubs. Upon purchasing the one-year membership, you will receive a coupon for one (1) free bottle of Sparkling Semillon. This offer can only be redeemed online. The coupon code may take up to one week to be emailed to you.

I understand that Bimbadgen reserves the right to discontinue this membership program or alter its terms in the future, including changes to the cost of the membership and/or freight charges. Members will be notified in writing of any such changes. I agree to notify Bimbadgen in writing if I wish to cancel my membership at any time after the minimum membership commitment has passed.

I acknowledge that I have received a copy of these terms and conditions to retain. I certify thatI am over 18 years of age.

By providing my contact details, I acknowledge and agree to receive emails, SMS, and phone calls about Bimbadgen Estate Pty Ltd offers, events, and promotions from Bimbadgen and its agents. I may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by emailing club@bimbadgen.com.au or by using the unsubscribe option in the communications received.

I also agree to Bimbadgen’s Privacy Policy, including the sharing of my personal information with agents for the purpose of contacting me on behalf of Bimbadgen Estate Pty Ltd about offers, events, and promotions.

Please note: The Esca booking discount does not apply to group bookings of 11 people or more.

Wine Society Terms and Conditions

Membership Commitment: Membership requires a minimum commitment of one (1) year. Members agree to purchase two (2) x 12-bottle cases of wine per year, delivered in March and September. Members must take these allocations to continue enjoying the additional benefits of membership.

Payment & Wine Selection: I authorize Bimbadgen to debit my supplied credit card during each allocation month. If I do not make my personal wine selection by the requested date specified in the allocation notification email, I agree to be charged for the Seasonal Winemaker’s Pack, the price of which may fluctuate each allocation depending on the wines included. Bimbadgen will notify members via email of the charge date prior to each allocation month and the price of the Seasonal Winemaker’s Pack affiliated with the respected month’s allocation.

Changes to Membership & Cancellation: Bimbadgen reserves the right to discontinue the membership program or alter its terms at any time, including changes to wine pricing and/or freight charges. Members will be notified in writing of any such changes. Members may cancel their membership in writing via email to club@bimbadgen.com.au, only after the minimum membership commitment has passed.

Communications & Privacy: By providing my contact details, I agree to receive emails, SMS messages, and phone calls regarding Bimbadgen Estate Pty Ltd offers, events, and promotions from Bimbadgen and its authorised agents. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time by emailing club@bimbadgen.com.au or using the unsubscribe link provided in communications. I agree to Bimbadgen’s Privacy Policy, including the sharing of personal information with third-party agents to contact me on Bimbadgen’s behalf about relevant offers and promotions.

Discounts & Benefits: Wine Society Deliveries (March & September): 30% discount applies to wines selected for these allocations. Other Wine Purchases: Any purchases of wine outside of the Wine Society deliveries will receive a 20% discount on standard prices. Standard prices are defined as full priced wine, not including products under a sale, promotion or offer.

Night Merchant Products: 15% discount on purchases direct online or at the Cellar Door; excludes any items on sale or promotion.

Esca Booking Discount: Redeemable only for a la carte dining and beverages and is not applicable for group bookings of 11 people or more.

Allocation Flexibility and Benefit Eligibility: Members may skip a maximum of two (2) consecutive Wine Society allocations at any one time. Requests to skip an allocation must be made by emailing club@bimbadgen.com.au prior to the applicable allocation charge date outlined in the selection email. After skipping two (2) consecutive allocations, members must resume their regular Wine Society orders to retain their membership and associated benefits. All Wine Society member benefits, including discounts and offers, are only available to members who continue to take regular Wine Society allocations.
