Vineyard to Table
Discover Bimbadgen from vine to glass with our immersive Vineyard to Table experience.
Begin with a guided one-hour walking tour through the McDonalds Road vineyards, featuring tastings at each site and insights into the region’s rich winemaking history. Guests will receive a wine glass for use during the tour as they explore Bimbadgen’s Semillon, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, and Shiraz blocks, sampling a Single Vineyard wine at each parcel.
Following the vineyard tour, journey upstairs to Esca Restaurant to enjoy a Chef’s Table lunch. Relish a shared four-course menu, thoughtfully paired with additional wines from the Bimbadgen portfolio.

Experience runs Fridays and Saturday from 11am only. Guests are seated for lunch according to booking preferences, with larger groups able to dine together. This experience requires a mild level of fitness and the ability to walk on mostly un-paved roads with gentle inclines.
