Our Side Step range is our winemakers playground, a place to experiment and take a different path with fruit from other regions Australia wide and create diversity in styles which step outside of the normal range of wines Bimbadgen produce. Pale lemon in colour with a lime hue the nose shows fragrant lemon zest, stone fruit and passionfruit with lifted zesty aromas. The palate delivers Lemon and lime citrus flavours that combine elegantly with the passionfruit of Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit and texture of the wine is balanced by a natural lime acidity making it easy to drink. Pair with a Goats Cheese salad.

  We decided to take a step to the side from single variety Semillon and compliment it with the beautifully aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Any extremely pleasurable wine to see come together in tank and bottle, we are confident you will be excited to experience the joyful nature of this wine.

• Tasting Notes

  Crushed, pressed and settled in Stainless steel before being racked off solids and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain. Minimal intervention.
